The Capability Profile
Assessment answers are treated as private user data. In the current build your responses are stored only in your own browser and are not transmitted to a server. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
Raw answers are never placed in a URL, and are never sent to advertising platforms.
What the profile is not
The Four M Capability Profile is a proprietary self-assessment and development tool. It is not a clinical, psychological, or population-normed diagnostic, and it should not be used as medical, legal, or financial advice.
When you request a profile email, your name, email, scores, responsibility ratings, and selected starting area are processed to send your summary through Hostinger. Raw answers and written evidence stay in your browser. Reminders and educational updates have separate optional checkboxes. They activate only after you deliberately confirm your email. One reminder is scheduled for around 75 days after your request and can be cancelled. Your name, email, confirmation, consent choices, and delivery status are stored in our private email-preferences database; current verified educational-email choices are also synchronized to Neil's contact system. We do not store your assessment scores or answers in that database. Private confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Unconfirmed requests are removed after their expiry and a seven-day cleanup period. Spam limits use short-lived keyed hashes of email addresses and network addresses, not raw network addresses. Your email is not sold. Use the private management link to unsubscribe or cancel; contact us for deletion.
Contact
Contact inquiries save your name, email, chosen reason, and message in Neil's contact management system and email them to Neil so he can respond. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to educational updates. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry. Privacy questions can also go through the contact page.
